What are Family Vouchers?
Childcare vouchers are a Government scheme aimed at helping parents to save money on childcare. Each parent can save up to £1,195 a year by using Family Vouchers childcare vouchers.
Parents can use Family Vouchers to pay for a wide range of childcare. They use their Family Vouchers to make payments straight into their carer provider's bank account by BACS.

How do I accept Family Vouchers?
If any parents would like to start paying you with Family Vouchers, they simply need to invite you to register on the Family Vouchers system or you can go on and register yourself at anytime.
What do I have to do?
After you have registered online, you will be asked to provide a copy of the documentation which confirms that you are registered to care for children. If you are able, you could scan and send it or if not you are given an address to send it to.
You then get an email to state that you have been approved and you are asked to log in to complete your registration.
Once you are registered with Family Vouchers you will be notified of payments due to you from your parents and the money for the vouchers will go directly into your bank account.
It really is that simple.
How do I get paid for the vouchers I receive?
We make payments direct to your bank account within a couple of days of you receiving the voucher payment from a parent who uses your services.
