How can I get started?
Using Family Vouchers is easy - we'll help you to get started whether you already operate a salary sacrafice scheme or are starting one for the first time. Email help@familyvouchers.co.uk or call 0161 850 6650 to get the ball rolling.
If you are switching from another voucher provider then we will take all of the information you can provide about existing members and payments, and get them all set up for you. We'll go the extra mile in order to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Will we need any help?
We take a pride in supporting you and your employees with the system. That starts with building a great system that's friendly and easy to use in the first place, but we're also prepared to offer individual help whenever it's needed.
What about carers who are not registered with Family Vouchers?
They will need to register using our easy-to-use website. We provide full phone support for anyone who needs help with this process.
How is payroll affected?
This depends on the way your payroll is set up - but we have created our online voucher service to be easy to use and work seamlessly with a range of different payroll setups. How do we pay for the vouchers we give to parents?
You will automatically receive an invoice from us every month showing the amounts being paid to each parent in childcare vouchers. Any changes are clear and concisely presented to make things easy and efficient for your payroll team/operator.
Your invoice is sent to you five days before your nominated payroll date, giving you enough time to make the payment as part of your normal payroll operation.
