Why not book a visit for your Employer?

We all want to save money.
If you have looked at the site already you will know that Family Vouchers is committed to helping everyone save money, but your employer may not be aware of this scheme. If you would like to book a visit for Terri to come and visit your employer and explain how Family Vouchers works then give us a call on 0161 850 6650.

Terri will need about 10 minutes to explain and show your employer how this works and then a few minutes to answer any questions. We could have your company up and running with Family Vouchers within 15 minutes.

We keep it short, respecting that your employer is busy and its not a big sales pitch. The simplicity of the system and the money saving element of using Family Vouchers is a win-win situation, so why not speak to your employer (or the person in charge of HR) and ask if we can arrange a meeting to discuss how everyone can save money.

Family Vouchers prepares for launch!

15th May, the International Day of the Family, is a great day to launch a company whose aim is to help families save money. And to reflect the ethics of Family Vouchers, a childcare voucher company, they have chosen a day which celebrates the work done to support families worldwide, to set up the service.

Terri Bourne, a local childcare provider, could see that for many families the cost of childcare was eating into hard-pressed family budgets. So, in an attempt, initially, to help the mums and dads of children who use her own Nursery, Pre school and Out of School settings – Superkids - Terri looked at ways of saving them money.

Childcare vouchers seemed the most obvious solution. This government-backed scheme, although introduced in 2005, has so far received little attention. The way it works is that parents take part of their salary as vouchers, which can be used to pay for an approved or registered childcare provider, e.g. day nursery, childminder, out of school club or holiday club. The vouchers are tax and National Insurance free, which means savings of over £1000 a year can be made. And because both parents can receive Family Vouchers the savings can be doubled.

The company is a family affair, with Terri’s husband, Matthew Clark, also involved. They understand the pressures of balancing family life and finances, which has helped them in their aim of making Family Vouchers as simple and straightforward as possible. Everything can be managed online at www.familyvouchers.co.uk. This is where parents and employers go to sign up to the service as well as request and exchange vouchers. Childcare providers can also register and check payments on the website. For more information call 0161 850 6650.

As more people discover the childcare voucher option, the hope for Family Vouchers is that they can make a success from helping families save money.
